  Our vanilla old fashioned. Bourbon stirred down with house vanilla syrup and aromatic bitters, finished with an expressed orange peel.

• Lychee Martini

  Soho lychee liqueur

  Grey Goose vodka shaken ice cold with Soho lychee liqueur and a squeeze of fresh lime. Served up, with a lychee.

• Golden Mule

  Breckenridge vodka

  A pineapple mule with a hint of turmeric. Vodka, pineapple juice and fresh lime over ice, topped with spicy ginger beer and a sprig of mint.

  Hibiscus and coconut water

  Coconut water with fresh orange and lime, sweetened with hibiscus that turns the whole glass deep pink. Finished with a splash of sparkling water.

  Fresh lime shaken with mint, a little sugar and a pinch of black salt, topped with spicy ginger beer. Chaat masala on the rim.
