From order to table in four steps

Plan your event
Choose delivery or pickup, the date, the time and your headcount, at least 24 hours ahead and up to 30 days out.

Add trays or boxed lunches from the menu. Everything is priced up front, and you pay by card to lock it in.

You get a confirmation email right away, and we call you the day before to go over the details.

How much notice do you need?
Book online at least 24 hours before your event, and up to 30 days ahead. Need it sooner? Call us at 303-665-8530 and we will tell you what the kitchen can do.
Is there a minimum order?
Party trays have no minimum. Boxed lunches start at 6 boxes. For fewer than 6, order from our regular menu instead.
How much food should I order?
Every tray shows how many it serves: a Small tray serves about 6 people and a Large tray about 15. Plan enough entree servings for your headcount, then add rice and naan to go with the curries. Not sure? Call us with your guest count and we will help you size it.
What times can I schedule?
Lunch from 11:00 AM to 2:30 PM and dinner from 4:30 PM to 9:00 PM, on any day we are open. Boxed lunches are available in the lunch window.
Delivery and setup
Do you deliver, and what does it cost?
Yes, with our own driver, never a third-party app. Delivery is $20 to Lafayette, Louisville, Superior, Erie, Boulder and Broomfield, and $30 to Longmont, Westminster, Thornton, Arvada and much of Denver. Checkout shows your fee as soon as you enter the address. Pickup from our Lafayette restaurant is always free.
Will you set up the food?
For delivery orders you can ask for setup at checkout, and add an on-site contact so the driver knows who to find when they arrive.
Do you provide plates and utensils?
Add utensils at checkout for $0.49 per guest.
Will the food arrive hot?
Yes. We cook your order the day of the event and time it to your delivery or pickup. If it will sit before serving, keep the trays covered and warm them in a low oven.
Food and dietary needs
Do you have vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options?
Yes. The menu has vegetarian and vegan trays, dishes carry dietary labels, and several boxed-lunch curries are dairy free. Need gluten free? Say so in the order notes and we will help you pick dishes. Naan contains wheat.
Can you handle food allergies?
Tell us about any allergy in the order notes and we will go over it when we call to confirm. Our kitchen cooks with nuts, dairy and wheat, so we cannot promise a dish is free of cross-contact.
Can I choose the spice level?
Boxed lunches let each person pick from mild to extra hot. For trays, add your preference in the order notes.
Can each boxed lunch have a name on it?
Yes. Add the names at checkout and we label every box, so each person finds their own order.
Payment and changes
How do I pay?
Pay by card when you order online, which is what books your date and time. Tandoori Kitchen gift cards work too. You get an itemized receipt by email for your expense report.
Is my order confirmed?
You get a confirmation email as soon as you pay, and we call you the day before your event to confirm the details.
What if I need to change or cancel?
Call us at 303-665-8530 as early as you can and we will take care of it.
Are you able to do tax-exempt orders?
Online orders include sales tax. If your organization is tax exempt, call us before you order.
